IV. President’s Report
a. Visit from Attorney General Kilgore-  September 20th  3:30-4:30
b. Ad Hoc, Smoking Policy   
c. Ad Hoc, Campus and University Police
d. Resignations-New Business-Elizabeth lipe and Cassy Umberger
e. SGA Pictures on October 18  Be sure to wear professional attire
f. Homecoming Committee  Homecoming Court is coming up.  Will be taking care of this next week
V. Executive Vice President’s Report
a. Make-up Retreat  Was past Sunday.  If for some reason you do not have a binder yet please see Ashley
b. Presidential Forum will be September 29th in Heth Ballroom.  If any one is interesting in helping please contact Ashley
c. September 13th, please come at 4:30 we will be inviting faculty and deans for refreshments and introductions
VI. Legislative Vice President’s Report
a. Constitution  Will be talking about these both in New business
b. IGs
c. Elections are coming up, 8 new positions, Filing this week.  Informations meeting tonight at 7 PM
d. Monday and Tuesday 13-14 voting online
VII. Vice President of Student Finance Report
a. Last week we had two requests.  Approved the Hot Air Balloon request for Homecoming.  Approved SFC’s policies and procedures
VIII. Advisor’s Report
a. No report
IX. Cabinet/Staff Reports
a. Chief of Staff   Needs some people to go to University class to talk about SGA on the 14th at 2.  September 11th rememberance from 11-2.  Next week after the meeting we will be talking positions after the meeting for the website.  Anything that needs to go on the website email Chris at cmcvicker.
b. Public Relations-Next week we will have sign up for Homecoming events.  Also working with Roc-TV for video on getting involved.

a. BSAC is having a Voter registration table September 27-31 from 11-2 in honor of Diversity Week
XI. Committee Reports
a. Presidential Search Committee-Wants student Input!  Please contact Stephanie, be ready to give input that others are mentioning next week.  
XII. Unfinished Business
a. Constitution   Move to untable, 2nd.  Friendly Amendment to change all LAC references to Virginia 21, accepted.  All in favor of accepting the changing sot the Constitution including the friendly amendment-passed
b. IGs-  Move to accept the IG student list, with exception of Nicole T and Ashley Anderson (switch IG)  Pass
c. Move to accept the resignation letters of Elizabeth Lipe and Cassy Umberger, 2nd.  Passed
XIII. New Business
a. SFC  Move to appoint members of the SFC committee, 2nd, no discussion, passed
b. Move to approve the Hot Air Balloon funds, 2nd, Discussion, Call to Question, Passed

a. Still Room on the VA 21 trip to Richmond on September 22-23
