Vice President of Student Finance Report a. SFC: SGA met with SFC today. VIII. Cabinet/Staff Reports a. Parliamentary Procedure Workshop: There is some confusion regarding when to say proper procedures, please sign up if you are interested b. First Forum of the semester will be Wed March 2nd on your future, resumes, and jobs at 5 PM c. Please send our Dec/Jan reports to Lauren Coleman at lmcoleman d. Tsunami Walkathon: Plans is coming along and once approval has come from the city we will have more information e. Attic Clean Out: please sign up if you can help IX. Council Reports a. LAC: trip was very well. We were on the news the other night. b. BSAC: Movie tomorrow night on inter-racial dating and the 25th is a ladies night. 26th will be Harlem Renaissance Ball and attire is Formal. c. Graduate Student Council: Thanks SFC for hearing our need for new funds. We are working with the college to obtain a professional to come in and talk about corporate issues with bringing in membership. d. OCSC: Dance April 2nd and free to all students. Will be taking donations for the American Cancer Society. Semi-formal in the Ballroom. X. Committee Reports a. Electoral Board: Planning for elections and providing reception for Meet the Candidate night b. Parking and Traffic Committee: Discussed loading spots for Waldron Nursing School and heard appeals XI.
