Parking Committee-resolution: Discussion on “No Commuter Parking Pass for commuter students living within a one block radius of campus” V. President’s Report a. ISAC Dinner: April 23rd at 5PM in Muse Banquet Hall. b. Transition Committee: Committee is being formed to help with the transition of the new president. Any ideas please see Ed Warwick c. Run-Off Elections Start Tomorrow: For Business Senator, Sophomore and Senior Senator b. Constitutional revisions: All positions look at your position in the Constitution and the whole Constitution so we can do one more revision for the end of the year c. Committees: We are creating a running file for the committees, please send minutes to Shannon VIII. Vice President of Student Finance Report a. Budget will be next week IX. Cabinet/Staff Reports a. SGA Table will be next Monday b. Final Day for Spirit Baseball Game is Wednesday April 6th c. Sign up to help with Open House d. Cabinet and Staff applications will be out this week e. Miracles in Motion is from 12-6 on April 9th X. Council Reports a. OCSC Dance in April 23rd and the applications for Mister and Miss Highlander will go in the Club boxes tomorrow. b. Virginia 21 Town hall meeting will be April 18th at 7:00. Room TBA c. Graduate Student Council will have a new chair XI. Committee Reports a. Building and Grounds Committee: Residence Halls are smoke-free for next year and they will try to start getting all academic halls smoke-free. Preventing people, except maintenance, from driving on campus b. Clubs and Organizations: 4 new clubs want to be approved. c. Academic Program review Committee: starting process of review d. Graduate Affairs Council: Making sure all faculties that teach Graduate students are qualified to ensure the university is properly accredited. Working on Graduate College over in St. Albans XII.
