a. Minutes Approved
III. President’s Report
a. Volunteers for CAB/BAP Casino Night
i. Coming up this Friday we need volunteers from 8 till 2 AM
a. Meredith has volunteered  but we need more so please e-mail Martin if you would like to volunteer
b. CPC Representative
i. Club Programming Committee needs a representative from SGA, it meets Tuesday at 2, Emily Cline has volunteered 
c. Homecoming King and Queen
i. Under new business we will have to select representatives for king and queen
d. Vigil
i. It will start at 8:15 right outside of the Bonnie and we encourage everyone to attend
e. School Spirit Appointment
i. Under new business Lee Bradshaw will be appointed
IV. Executive Vice President
a. Last Chance for Ring Promotion
i. Last chance is today or tomorrow and tell those who are interested to go to the Bookstore to receive more information
b. Volunteers to Help with Check-In
i. Friday October 6th at 5-6:30 we need volunteers
a.Ashley Hall, Emily Cline, Amber, Jess Haas, Regis McKoy, and Paul Ballas all volunteered to help with the Ceremony 
c. SGA is holding auditions for the Ring Ceremony Singer tomorrow at 6 in the SGA office
d. Info sheets will be distributed next week once we get all the members
V. Legislative Vice President
a. Elections
i. Elections are tomorrow and Wednesday , encourage everyone to vote, we still have a vacancy in the college of Education
b. Senator Meeting
i. Meeting will be held after next weeks meeting so plan on that
c. Graduate Student Senator
i. Tabled nominations last week with Alia Zaro being the only nominee, we will vote in new business

i. Richmond Trip is Septeber 27th and will be returning September 28th and will include many prominent officials, please e-mail Erin if your interested
b. GSC
i. Just held elections and they will have a full council this year, results will be shared as they are in 
X. Old Business
a. Graduate Student Senator
i. Alia Zaro was unanimously approved and appointed as our new Graduate Student Senator 
XI. New Business
a. School Spirit Cordinator
i. Lee Bradshaw unanimously approved and appointed as our new School Spirit Cordinator
b. Homecoming King and Queen
i. Regis McCoy and Ashley Hall will represent SGA in the Homecoming King and Queen Elections
XII. Announcements
a. Don’t forgot to go to the Vigil tonight at 8:15
b. ROTC parking issue will be discussed within the committee first and then brought to SGA
