a. Mr. Tom Deluca
i. Mr. Deluca has come into talk with us about our current dining services, he also discussed a survey on where our dining services stand as compared to others as well as feedback on ways to improve our current system such as new food venues as well as increased hours for dining halls.

i. Martin went to a SCHEV meeting in Richmond and if anyone is interested in the discussed topics see Martin after the meeting

c. FYC Promoting GMU Game Wednesday
i. RU is playing GMU Wednesday at 7 PM at the Dedmon center and we would like to ask everyone to come support our team

i. Shirts are in the office right now and please pick one up
f. Students Affairs Committee- Ideas
i. We need to come up with issues and concerns of the students so we can present them to the SAC committee
V. Executive Vice President
a. Winter Retreat
i. Winter Retreat is on Saturday January 13th from 11:30 to 1:30 it is mandatory and please let Jen know if you can not make it.

a. Senator Meeting
i. There is a senator meeting after our general body meeting
b. Constitution Revisions
i. The revision is about seniors who are taking less than 12 credits which is the amount needed to be a full time student.
i. There is a motion to table the revision.

VII. Vice President of Student Finance
a. One time funding request- Student Activities Leadership
i. Heather Evans came in and discussed a request for a one time funding for a color printer for the SLR office
i. 1300 was approved from there reserve account for the printer
b. Budget Hearings- Homecoming and Highlander Parade
i. Alice Coughlin came in and discussed her budget which will be voted on later in the year.

a. GSC
i. They are hosting an Exam break with energy drinks and power bars to give out to graduate students to give them a break.  They are also collecting canned goods and dry goods for a joint community service event for the Radford Food Bank.

i. SGA has formally made a stand and passed a resolution which will hopefully introduce a fall break into the semester.

b. Highlander Olympics committee will be meeting on Thursday at 5 in the SGA office.
c. The ground breaking for the Douglas and Beatrice Covington Arts center will take place tomorrow at 10 AM
d. BAP is having a concert tomorrow that will be featuring a dance troop for the kwanza celebration, it starts at 6 in the heth ballroom
