     a. Approved

     a. Mrs. Virginia Doud
       i. Mrs. Doud presented the plans for observing Radford Centennial in the Spring of 2010. She presented the goals for the celebration including enhancing the university’s image, its relationship with the community, and commemorate Radford’s heritage.
       ii. March 10th will be the actual anniversary date
           The class of 2010 will be the centennial class
           President’s day will be October 3rd, 2010
     b. Dr. Lawler
       i. Dr. Lawler attended the meeting to discuss the new general education planning process. 
VI. President’s Report
     a. Commencement
      i. There will be no more December commencements, only spring.
VII. Executive Vice President 
     a The state of the student address is tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the Bonnie auditorium. It is mandatory for SGA members.
VIII. Legislative Vice President
      a. At-Large Senator election
       i. The new at large Senator is Dale Dye
VI.	Student Finance Vice President
     a. Fall commencement banquet request
        i. $4,400 was approved for the commencement budget.
