III. President’s Report
     a. Student Leadership Conference
       i. Saturday October 27th. Regis will be speaking. 8:30 am to 4:00 pm in the Bonnie. Let Regis know if you will be attending. The cost is $5 for RU Students.
     b. Presidents Round Table
       i. In October, Regis will start meeting with the President’s of all clubs and organizations.
     c. Cassandra Dove
       i. There will be a Senior Class Legacy gift committee forming.
       ii. Next year, class gifts will be changed from just a senior gift to the university, to a gift from every class to the University.
IV. Executive Vice President 
      a. Ring Ceremony
       i. October 5th, @ 5:30 pm in Muse
      b. SGA Social
       i. Will be in the Bonnie
V. Legislative Vice President
       a. Information session Monday the 17th at 7 PM in the Bonnie
VI.	Student Finance Vice President
      a. Museum of Earth Sciences Request
       i. There vote will be next week (24th)
      b. Budget hearing process
      c. Reevaluating SFC policies & procedures
       i. The SGA SFC policies will be reviewed and are open for suggestions
VII. Senate Reports
      a. Junior Class Senator – “A Taste For Diversity” Budget Proposal
       i. BSAC and Res Life will be co-sponsoring the event. The request for $250 was approved.
VIII. Cabinet/Staff Reports
      a. Chief of staff
       i. There will be no meeting today. There will be one next week, September 24th.
      b. School Spirit Promotions Coordinator – School Spirit Committee
       i. September 27th @ 7 pm. There will be a meeting for the School Spirit Committee.
