II. Approval of Minutes
     Approved
III. President’s Report
     a. Joint commission meeting
       i. Regis met to talk about the 7-17 plan and discuss the graduate student population. They are meeting again the first Tuesday in October.
     b. Sign Committee
       i. A representative from SGA will attend the meeting tomorrow at 10:30 to discuss replacing some signs around campus.
     c. Dean search committee
       i. If you were appointed to the Dean Search Committee you will receive an e-mail.
     d. Fall open house
       i. SGA will have a table from 10 – 12:30 in Heth on October 20th and November 10th. Volunteers are needed.
     e. Fall leadership conference
       i. The Blue Ridge Summit will be held at Radford. Sat, October 27th, 2007. VT and Roanoke will be in attendance.
IV. Chief of Staff Report
     a. First year council
      Interest meeting is 5-6 Wednesday in the Virginia Room in Heth. 
V. Executive Vice President
     a. Ring ceremony
       i. Sign up to volunteer please
     b. Forums
       i. Forum about transportation around campus will be @ 7 in the Bonnie.
VI. Legislative Vice President
     a. Fall elections
       i. Interest meetings
       September 13th and 18th @ 7 PM in room 248 of the Bonnie
       ii. Electoral Board
       The Electoral Board was selected. The will oversee the election process.
VII. VP of Student Finance
     a. Juliann is the new VP of student finance. Has selected her committee and they were approved.
     b. The SFC will be going to the museum of earth science next week. Juliann will be sending out an e-mail to the senators.
VIII. Senate Report
     a. Senator at large
       i. Spring event
         Sean has proposed an Annual Easter Egg hunt for the spring.     
     b. Senior class senator
       i. Senior Class committee
         The Senior Banquets will be December 14th and May 2nd
       ii. Collegiate readership program
         A representative from USA will attend the September 24th meeting.
     c. Junior class senator
       i. Budget proposal for “A Taste of Diversity”
        September 28th 4-6 PM in Muse banquet hall.
