III. President’s Report
a. Provost
	i. Dr. Stanton is the new provost. Contact him with any questions you may have.
IV. Executive Vice President
a. Club Fair
	i. Club Fair is on Friday August, 24th. SGA volunteers are needed to help promote SGA. 
b. Forum Topics
	i. Please think of forum topics for the next meeting. 
V. Legislative Vice President
a. University's Response Plan
	i. University response plan was implemented as an emergency plan, notifying students through phone, e-mail and text message until they reply. Secondary phone numbers can also be notifies (parents, siblings, etc.) Students will register for these numbers online.
	ii.A PA system will be installed on campus used to notify people as well. It will be completely installed by the time classes start.
	iii. There will also be an RU Alert page instead of the normal Radford Web site.
VI.	Vice President of Student Finance
a. Nomination of SFC members
	i. All nominated members were approved to SFC
b. SGA Goals to be presented at the VP Dinner
	i. Amenities/ food support
		-Support of new parking structure
		-Support of addition to the Bonnie
		-Support of Rec Center
		-Current Bonnie parking
		-Bus/ Transportation routes
		-Replacement of buses with shuttles

	Matt spent the summer assisting with the search for the new Dean of Students and would like to have a meet and greet with the new Dean.

b. Money was transferred to SGA account for scholarships.

Transfer Senator motion was tabled for two weeks
