III. Chief of Staff Report
a. Presidential Vote	
i. Regis McCoy is the new SGA President.

IV. President’s Report
		a. Vice President for Student Finance Approval
               i. Juliann Abercrombie will sit in as VP for Student finance with the                                                             exception of the one year rule

V. Executive VP report
a. Ring Ceremony
i. The Ring Ceremony will be October 5th at 5 pm and volunteers are needed.
b. If you did not attend the Summer Retreat contact Jessica as soon as possible for some information.

VI. Legislative Vice President Report
a. Office Hours
i. The sign up sheet was passed around. Senate must attend 2 office hours a week/ Cabinet and Staff must attend 1
b. Internal Governance Committee
i. Names will be re-submitted for committees. After the fall elections.
c. Senate Meeting
i. Senate meeting next week after the SGA meeting.
d. Fall Elections
i. Senators will be elected along with VP of student finance and Legislative Vice President. More information on applying will be available soon.	
VII. Senate Report
            a. Regis will talk to the Senators during their meeting next week to inform   them about making reports.

VIII. Cabinet/Staff Reports
            a. There will be a Cabinet and Staff meeting after the SGA meeting next                                     week.
