a. A lot of members are having trouble with the door swipe, please write your name on the list so we can take care of this problem
IV. Executive Vice President
a. No set date for the forum yet, but it will be posted soon and will discuss landlord issues
V. Legislative Vice President
a. Election Dates
i. March 6th and 7th
b. Information Sessions
i. Tonight starts information sessions in this room Bonnie 248 at 7pm tonight and tomorrow
VI. Vice President of Student Finance
a. SFC Hearing- CAB/BAP
i. CAB/BAP presented their budgets this year, BAP requested level funding, CAB asked for level funding in a few of their accounts and an increase in funding in a few others, if you would like to look over the budgets please see Regis after the meeting
VII. Senate Report
a. College Of Information Science and Technology
i. New RU Information System Student Forum- Tonight 6:15PM Heth Lounge A
1. This forum will address the new administrative system here on campus and how it will effect students
b. Senator At Large-Meredith
i. Planning and Budgeting Committee
1. The committee went over the issues that happened at the general assembly and the strategic plan for Radford.  Please see Meredith or contact her if you have any questions.
ii. Co-Curricular Activities Committee
1. still pushing for the lights to be installed at Dedmon before spring break
2. They are going to be installing Transvision monitors around the campus at Muse, Peters, and a few other locations
3. There will be a Bonnie survey sent out to 3500 students, so if you receive the survey please fill it out and send it back
4. They are talking about the installation of outdoor main campus basketball courts, if you have any suggestion for locations please tell Meredith
5. Alice Coughlan is in the process of forming the parade committee and if you have any questions about the committee see Meredith

i. SBC Leadership Conference
1. The conference is this Saturday and will be meeting from the bonnie parking lot at 6:30 AM, the conference ends at 2:00PM so we will be back around 4 or 4:30

IX. Council Reports
a. FYC
i. This Sunday they had the freshman social, 73 people signed in but more came, very successful for the first event, special thanks to Regis and the members of FYC for helping out
X. Old Business
a. Landlord Resolution
i. The resolution has been revised by Martin to incorporate a date regarding lease renewals

i. Motion has been made to approve the recommendation along with amendments
