a. Board of Visitors
i. Student affairs committee, the next meeting is on march 23rd, if there is anything urgent that we need to address to this committee please let Martin know 
b. Senate
i. If there is anything that you want to get done that is urgent please present your ideas to us so that we can make sure we get them done
1. Robert has suggested possibly adding other ways to put money on your account for printing

1. There will be a meeting next Tuesday at 4PM in the SGA office for the board
ii. Dining Services
1. RU is negotiating with Chartwells to replace pipers with Salsaritos in pipers current location
iii.	Elections packets go out the 9th so please be aware of this and if    you are thinking about running please try to talk to the person who currently holds the position	
VI. Vice President of Student Finance
a. SFC Budget Hearings
i. University performance series and Dance met with SFC and they went over their budgets, If anyone has any questions please get with Regis and he will share more information

i. Highlander Olympics Committee Meeting
1. There will be a meeting directly following our general body meeting
ii. Excused Absence Policy
1. Ashley presented a change in the policy for attendance to the Academic Policy and Procedures Committee, We will draft a resolution and present it at a further date
b. College of Information Science and Technology
i. RUDI Committee Meeting
1. This is a new committee set up that is looking for a new administrative system for our school, it will effect students, faculty and staff, and there will be forums about the new program in the following weeks
c. Senator-At-Large – Meredith
i. Planning and Budgeting Meeting 
1. They are currently putting together a plan to present legislative matters about our strategic planning for future years and the allocation of funds, funding was approved for hiring 39 new faculty members
d. Pebbles
i. A FYC ad was on the RU portal and they have also been distributing FYC ads to students and Pebbles will be meeting with a tartan ad representative to place an ad in the Tartan, they are also currently getting everything together for the freshman social on February 15th from 2 to 5
e. COBE
i. Alex met with the dean and discussed the future of the business school, if you want to know more please e-mail alex

a. Chief of Staff
i. Nikole has sent out information regarding the upcoming leadership conference at Sweet Briar, please contact Nikole if you are interested in going on the trip and if you want more information please contact Nikole
b. Erin
i. This week is the advocacy day in Richmond and if you have any questions about the trip please contact Erin and she would also like everyone to sign the banner for the VA21 press conference

a. OCSC
i. OCSC is having their annual housing fair this Wednesday from 1-4 in Heth lounges a,b, and c
b. GSC
i. GSC is meeting tomorrow and they are going to be planning a mixer between graduate students and undergrad students to talk about graduate school and also to network

a. Senator for the College of Arts and Sciences
i. Ciji Jackson,    Sophmore here at Radford and a criminal justice major
1. Motion has been made and carried for Ciji to become our new Senator for the College of Arts and Sciences 
XII. Announcements
a. Rob would like to see some information gathered about Itunes U and what the program does and how students can use it 
b. This Thursday Feb 1st is the Black History Month kickoff in Heth Ballroom at 7pm
c. CAB/BAP are having a super bowl party in the bonnie at 6pm on Sunday
