     a. Consultant on RU Portal
       i. A new system called “Banner” is replacing online resources for Radford and changes will include the RU Portal. Ed Oaks and an IT consultant attended the Senate meeting to receive feedback about what should go on to the portal.
     b. Dr, King
       i. The 16th annual Undergraduate/ Graduate Student Engagement Forum will be from April 14th-16th
       ii. Students can present their work from over the academic year to faculty and students.
       iii. The event will be advertised in the Tartan, the portal, and RU Today
       iv. Dr. King requested $200 from the SGA operating budget to help fund the event and the request was approved.

     a. The open house for new students is Friday 11am-12:30 pm
