     a. Mary Kellner
       i. Mary attended the meeting to present a concert taking place to benefit the Hokie fund on April 18th, hosted by Young Life.
       ii. Mary asked for SGA’s assistance from 6 p.m. until the concert was over and to sell tickets from 11am to 2 pm.
VI. President’s Report
    a. GECAC votes
      i. Will be voted on in today’s meeting
    b. SGA cords
      i. Can now be picked up in the student 
    c. SGA meeting on the 21st 
      i. New members for next year are to attend.
    d. The board of visitors student affairs committee
      i. Matt and the new exec positions will meet next Thursday at 1:30 pm in Martin hall
VII. Executive Vice President 
     a. Graduation tickets
       i. If it rains remember, you will only receive a limited number of seats to graduation.
     b. Banquet
       i. Remember to RSVP for banquet and guests are not permitted to the event.
VIII. Legislative Vice President 
     a. Transition documents
       i. Send your transition documents to Rochelle ASAP. They were due Friday April 11th.
VI.	Student Finance Vice President
     a. AAUW request
       i. The conference is in Georgetown June 5th-7th.
       ii. The request is for $1600 to take four representatives.
       iii. The request was approved by the SGA.
VII. Senate Reports
     a. Senior class senator
       i. Commencement committee updates
       ii. The information to go to the seniors for the tartan, listserv, RU Today, portal etc. is ready.
       iii. The breakfast is going to be May 3rd from 7-9 am in the Bonnie.
VIII. Chief Of Staff
     a. Virginia Tech ribbons
       i. SGA will be making 1,500 maroon and orange ribbons for the 16th. Stop by in the SGA office and help.
     c. New cab/staff
       i. They will be attending the April 21st meeting.

       i. There was a motion to approve all recommendations made by GECAC
       ii. The motion was approved.
